Do you
need more information about your Broadbeach holiday accommodation?
Deposits &
Payments:
Deposit within 7 days of booking to secure your
reservation. The balance payable as advised by reservations desk.
Arrival &
Departure:
Check in time: 2:00 pm
Check out time: 10:00 am
Occupancy:
1 bedroom apartment = 2 persons
2 bedroom apartment = 4 persons
1 extra person per apartment on a roll-away or sofa
bed. Extra person charges apply.
Children under 2 free except when requiring any additional bedding.
Baby Equipment:
Cot and high chair rental available
Transfers,
Rentals & Bookings
Reservations staff can recommend airport transfers,
assist with your car rental and provide complimentary bookings to
theme parks, tours and entertainment.
Cancellations:
21 days notice required. Less than 21 days notice and
cancellation fees apply. Refunds at discretion of management
High Season:
The Xmas - New Year holiday period, usually from
around the 20th Dec. to 20th Jan. Dates will vary between different
properties. It's recommended that you book at least 4-5 months in
advance for the high season
Mid Season:
Usually the Sept - Oct school holidays and the Easter
long week-end. Some properties also include the June - July school
holidays. Book at least 3-4 months in advance. Mid season rates
sometimes apply to special events such as the Indy 300 Motor Race
carnival.
Low Season:
All other dates. There is usually no shortage of
vacancies during the low season periods but booking 45-60 days in
advance is strongly recommended. There are numerous festivals,
events, conferences, conventions etc throughout the year that result
in increased demand for Broadbeach accommodation.
Inclusions:
Broadbeach holiday apartments are fully self
contained and everything necessary for a self catering holiday is
included in the accommodation.
You only need to bring personal
effects, clothing, foodstuffs and beach towels.
